Management Center

Promigas Telecomunicaciones S.A. has a modern and functional operations center equipped with powerful management systems to offer centralized remote monitoring, control and configuration for all elements in the network, including the equipment installed at the end user’s premises.

Monitoring is done in real time, making it possible to identify any unexpected event and to act immediately. Historic monitoring can be verified as well, and service performance reports are generated. This facilitates continuous evaluation and helps to identify tendencies. Our Management Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a trained staff that is ready to advise and serve the customer at all times.

The networks in Barranquilla, Cartagena and Bucaramanga can be monitored simultaneously through the management system. They make it easier for our customer-operators to monitor their own clients, using a remote platform at the Management Center.

The Management Center is operated by a highly qualified technical staff that is on duty 24x7. This ensures constant follow-up, pro-active notification of service performance, compliance with the SLAs established with operators, and high levels of availability.
