Promigas Telecomunicaciones is a privately-owned company that began operating on August 1, 2001 and adheres to the highest business standards. It is financially sound and backed by Promigas S.A E.S.P., a leader in natural gas transmission in Colombia with more than 35 years of experience.
We have a network designed specifically to transport data, voice and video on a technology platform with high transmission capacity that is 100% redundant, extremely reliable, and complies with all national and international standards for quality.
Our company has two service platforms to meet the requirements of operators and their customers. One is a multi-service platform used to support a number of access protocols, such as Clear Channel, Frame Relay and ATM. The other is the new generation Metro Ethernet platform for Ethernet service.
The connection with our links is optical fiber end to end. We have the flexibility for rapid migration to high speeds from 64 Kbps to 2.5 Gbps and for changes in access protocols and interfaces.
