For that reason, we have adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) as part of our Comprehensive Strategic System (CSS). It allows the company to create a shared vision and to identify and communicate its strategy at every level by transforming its vision into objectives and indicators that measure and provide feedback on its processes. This facilitates decision-making based on facts, which helps to make the company more efficient and effective.

The quality management system at Promigas Telecomunicaciones is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The company is committed to improving the quality of its services and, above all, to ensuring customer satisfaction.

The scope of the QMS is limited to processes associated with fulfilling the applicable requirements outlined in ISO 9001/2008 for the design, implementation and operation of telecommunication networks specialized in broad band service delivery via optic fiber and through the rental of infrastructure to other operators.
